Please provide your exact pickup location when booking (hotel, Nile cruise, train station, or airport in Aswan). For early long-distance trips (e.g. to Abu Simbel, Luxor, or Hurghada), pickup is recommended between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM. Important: if you plan to travel outside Aswan, you must inform us at least 24–48 hours in advance to arrange the required travel documents for security checkpoints. Our driver will meet you at the confirmed location, holding a sign with your name if needed.
